# Energy System

Energy is essential for earning tokens. Replenishment only starts after obtaining an **NFT SEED Mon**. Players choose their SEED Mon and press Start to begin their journey.

Make sure you have Energy before starting, as no tokens can be earned without Energy.

Energy is restored at a rate of 25% every 6 hours until it reaches the maximum limit. The Energy cap can be increased by owning more SEED Mons. The calculation is as follows:

| 15           | 12          |

Bonus Energy (cumulative) for Higher Quality SEED Mon:

* **Uncommon SEED Mon:** +1 Energy
* **Rare SEED Mon:** +2 Energy
* **Epic SEED Mon:** +3 Energy
* **Legendary SEED Mon:** +4 Energy

**Example 1:**

1 Uncommon SEED Mon + 1 Common SEED Mon = 3 Total Energy = (2 Base Energy + 1 Bonus)

**Example 2:**

2 Rare SEED Mons + 1 Common SEED Mon = 8 Total Energy = (4 Base Energy + 4 Bonus)

**Example 3:**

10 Legendary SEED Mons = 20 Total Energy = (9 Base Energy + 40 Bonus; but Max Energy is 20)
